The debate on the State of the Province Address (SOPA) took place at the Frances Baard District Municipality Chambers this morning, 03rd March 2020.

Political parties were given a chance to deliberate and debate the content of Premier Dr Zamani Saul’s State of the Province Address which he delivered on 27th February 2020 at the Mittah Seperepere Convention Centre.

The Premier, in his reply welcomed the thoughtful and pragmatic reflections of the speakers that joined the debate. Premier also made an appeal to the opposition parties to work with government and come up with ideas on how best to respond to the socio-economic challenges confronting our people.
