Responsible to render human resources development and performance management services to ensure full compliance with all relevant policy imperatives and legislation that governs the public service and the OTP. It also responsible for co-ordination and supporting departments on HRD and performance management development strategy matters.
To facilitate and coordinate employee performance management within the Province and the Office of the Premier
- Coordination of all Human resource development interventions within OTP
- Coordinate the Implementation of; PMDS for; Levels 1-12 and SMS for Provincial Departments
- Coordinate the implementation of HOD Evaluations withinProvincial Departments
- Allocation of bursaries to OTP staff.
