SALARY: R 206 982 – 250 035 per annum
LEVEL: SR09

REQUIREMENTS: A degree in Human Resource Management / Public Management or National Diploma with a matric coupled with practical experience of 5-10 years in human resources. Sufficient knowledge of human resource management legislation, directives and practices to provide expert guidance and advise to provincial departments and knowledge of PERSAL.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Presentation skills, people management, computer literacy, strong communication and listening abilities, good analytical writing and reporting abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee, administer and effectively implement the recruitment process for office of the premier
• Oversee and ensure timeous implementation of all PERSAL / payroll administration pertaining to recruitment and selection
• Oversee all personnel transaction processing and enquiries (Appointment processes, structuring of SMS and MMS packages, transfers, promotions and resettlement)
• Oversee the staff establishment (management and updated organizational establishment structure on the persal system on a regular basis)
• Assist with the development and implementation of the human resource plan
