The Provincial Transformation Programmes (PTP) Unit in the Office of the Premier held an information session and workshop at The HorseShoe Inn in Kimberley on 26th March 2019 for a group of staff who represented all the units within the organisation.

This interactive engagement follows the commemoration of Human Rights Day and was focussed on dignity in the workplace.

Mr Ntwaso from the Department of Health shared the department’s plan to revive its organisational culture and promote the positive spirit of the public servant by encouraging them to have a serving heart, warrior spirit and fun-loving attitude .

A crucial element of the interaction was to equip staff with the knowledge of what sexual harassment and bullying is in the workplace and to alert them to the solutions at their disposal.
