Awarding of Bursaries for the 2021 Acedemic Year : OTP

The following critical competencies and scares skills have been identified in terms of the HR Plan and will recieve preference when the Office of the Premier awards Bursaries for the 2021 Academic year.

Critical Competencies

  • Strategic and Operational Planning
  • Project Management
  • Startegic Leadership
  • Monitoring and Evaluation

Scarce Skills

  • ICT Governance.
  • Systems and Databse Administration.
  • Research Skills.
  • Organisational Design

The following criteria will be applied for bursary selection.

  • Scarce skills as outline in the HR Plan.
  • First Time students/participants in a degree within the scarce and critical fieldsas outlined in the HR plan.
  • Bursaries will be awarded based on the availibility of budget.
  • Female applicants will receive preference.
  • Number of years service will be considered.
