This communique serves to inform you that requests for advance on service bonus will only be accepted until the 15th for pay group 1 and 30th for pay group 2 in the month prior to the bonus anniversary month. For example if your bonus month is October 2017, advances will only be accepted until 15 September for 15 October 2017 and 30 September 2017 for 30 October 2017.
