Please take note that in preparation for the financial year-end closure, the last persal supplementary run for the 2018/19 financial year will take place on the 25 March 2019.  The next supplementary run will be on 1 April 2019.
Officials should therefore ensure that all persal related claims, i.e. S&T, overtime and transport claims should reach our office well in advance for us to process.  If claims are not processed by end of business on 25 March 2019, it will only be processed in April 2019.

For claims to be processed on BAS and LOGIS, all documentation, i.e. cellphones etc should reach our office by end of business on Friday 15 March 2019 otherwise processing will only take place in April 2019.  

Units that receive invoices from service providers for goods/services procured must also ensure that invoices are sent to SCM on or before 15 March 2019.
