To make this years Staff Indaba fun and funky, we suggest we all wear a HAT to this year end Indaba.  But not just ANY HAT, we want to invite you to create an original HAT to reflect your personality and passions in life.  It can be elaborate, it can be crazy, but let it be YOU!

There is a prize for the best HAT, so lets be creative and design a masterpiece!!

There are no restrictions on the materials or techniques that you can use, or on the size of the HAT.  So, come fellow Mad Hatters!  Lets see your designs.

When designing your hat, please be reminded that all of us are unique and very special, and that is what we want to see coming to the fore.  Be You when designing your HAT.  

Here are 4 easy steps to follow:

Step 1;   Get an old Cap, Hat or "Doek" from your cupboard.

Step 2:   Pin / Glue what you love on your hat.  Eg:  If you love tea......pin tea bags on your hat,
               If you love money (who don't) pin notes and glue coins on your hat
               If you love soccer, glue a soccer ball on your hat.

Step 3:  Sit back and appreciate your design

Step 4:   Put on your hat on 13 December and have fun.

This is a build-up initiative towards the Staff Indaba and all staff are encouraged to participate.  Get in touch with yourself.  Nobody knows you better than YOU!!!  

It may sound as if it is complicated.....but if you find the "map" to what you love and try so illustrate it.....you will find that you do have all you need at home.
