This correspondence serves to inform you about the GEMS Day event scheduled for Friday, 19 October 2018 at Bikers Church, 07:30.

Please note that the total number of participants is 100 per department including the sports teams of which 35 have registered in our department. We need additional 65 officials to register to participate in the event. You are hereby advised to forward your names to dhlaminim@ncpg.gov.za or jmoshou@ncpg.gov.za by 14:00 tomorrow, 18 October 2018.
