GEMS will be launching the In-Body Machine for all its members and dependants working in the Office of the Premier. The In-Body Machine does a body composition analysis to give details on what your weight comprises of. It also gives an indication of an individual's health status.

1) Assessments for GEMS members and dependants only:
# Body mass
# Total water in your body
# Total proteins in your body
# Total body fat percentage
# Skeletal muscle mass
# Body Mass Index (BMI)

2) Fitness sessions for all officials working in OTP:
A fitness team from GEMS will be leading fitness activities including Rumba, Bleep Tests and Desk-exercises for those who are not able to do Rumba. These sessions are provided for all workers of OTP irrespective of the Medical scheme affiliated to.

The first session will commence 08:00 sharp:
#Members are requested to be punctual,
#Bring along your identity document as well as your membership card NB
#Wear gym/fitness gear

The second session will commence at 14:15 sharp:
#Participants are requested to be punctual
#Wear gym/fitness gear
#Group Rumba session  
#Desk-exercises (those who cant participate in Rumba)
#Bleep Test (measure your cardiovascular fitness levels)
