All Senior Managers and employees on levels 1 to 12 Please note that according to the PSR and PMDS Policy, non compliance with the submission of performance agreements (PA's) by the due date, shall result in the employee forfeiting any performance incentive due to him or her, including pay progression. Unit heads are urged to ensure that all employees under their span of control comply with the submission of PA's. Immediate disciplinary action must be taken by unit heads against any non compliant officials. MPAT requires 100% compliance with this standard and proof of disciplinary action must be provided as evidence in cases of non compliance. In order to manage the PMDS contracting process, unit heads are also required to provide the PMDS unit with details of anticipated cases of non compliance eg cases of suspension/extended incapacity leave/maternity leave etc in order for alternative arrangements to be made. please forward such details to Ms P Mogorosi and Ms T Sebogodi.
