Morning Colleagues and Comrades,

We have sadly, but not surprisingly learned that management has reminded NEHAWU members of the no work no pay principle that will be applied as per the LRA, we want to emphasize to all our members that they must not be deterred by this and we must fight for what we rightfully deserve, the action of the 17th of November 2017 is going to lay the basis for that.

Workers have been bearing the brunt of all forms of victimization, unfair discrimination, emotional abuse, having to perform the work of more than 3 employees, favoritism and the list goes on, in fact Office of the Premier which is supposedly the Apex of the Provincial Administration should have been at the forefront of implementing standing resolutions and agreements that exist between labor and the employer instead the opposite is true.

It is for some of the above mentioned reasons that no worker should be confused by the no work no pay principle. Let us rise to the occasion and transform and not reform our material conditions and challenges,"for we have got nothing to loose but our chains", workers of Premiers Office unite for you have got nothing to loose and start a new episode, join the march in your numbers and let us destroy this monster before us, let us pick up the spear and fight, let it be done before dawn.
