Dear Colleagues

The fitness session is still continuing this afternoon at the Trim Park and will start promptly at 14h15.

Vehicles will be made available to ferry employees in need of transportation. Please gather at the front of the building at 13h30 to ensure that everyone gets to the park in time for the session. Employees making use of their own vehicles are kindly requested to also assist those in need of transportation.

Attendance registers will be completed at the end of the fitness session and will be circulated to all supervisors and unit heads tomorrow.

We are hoping to see you all at the park this afternoon.
