The attached information was circulated to all OTP staff by Ms Motabogi on 31 March 2017.

 During a meeting held yesterday, regarding the TNA for OTP, an urgent need was identified to ensure that the content of the circular reach all staff as some staff do not have access to PC's and emails. 

The affected unit managers and their relevant supervisors are therefore requested to ensure that staff, without access to computers and emails, are briefed in terms of the TNA circular. Proof of the briefing sessions (attendance registers) can be submitted to Mr Tebogo Maarman by no later than 15 April 2017.

Communication and information sharing is vital in order to ensure the success of the project, so lets ensure that all staff are aware of the project and the benefits associated therewith.
